I recently purchased a Herman Miller Office Chair from John at Cupaz as a treat to myself. John provided me with all of the information I needed and the chair was priced better than anything else in the marketplace. The chair arrived exactly on the day it was meant to and was carefully delivered by a really friendly delivery driver. Ordering one chair isn't going to make John’s year, but it’s great to know that even on a small order such as mine, Cupaz are an efficient, friendly and easy to deal with company. John and his team were quick to respond and delivered an amazing service from start to finish. My studio is going through a revamp and it is important we create an inspiring and vibrant feel to the space that reflects our brand. Not only does it have to be wow for our client experience it also needs to address our staff and make it a space they enjoy working in. One key element we needed to source was the replacement of our office chairs. We contacted Cupaz and briefed them on the desired look, budget and functioning of chairs we were looking for. John and his team went straight to work and presented a selection of chairs to give us food for thought. We challenged them to source a specific chair, which they were able to do and provide a selection of fabrics we shortlisted. It was advised to see the fabrics first hand than judge by the screen as they do not reflect a true colour, which they were correct. The whole process was so simple and made for a great experience. Once more Cupaz will also take the pain away of having to be rid of our old chairs and take them away when they complete delivery. I would highly recommend John and his team at Cupaz and cannot wait to take delivery of our new chairs. Now I am getting old. Who gets excited about chairs? Thanks coops.
